Account Deletion
Your right to delete your account and all data is fully guaranteed. Here's exactly how.
How to Request Account Deletion
Send a Deletion Request by Email
Email us at help@kiko.live from the address or phone number associated with your account.
Use the Subject Line: "Delete My Account"
This routes your request to our data team immediately for priority processing.
Include Your Registered Phone Number
In the body of the email, include the phone number you used to register on Kiko. This helps us identify the correct account.
We Confirm Your Request
You'll receive a confirmation email within 48 business hours with a reference number for your deletion request.
Deletion Completed Within 7 Working Days
All your data is permanently deleted within 7 working days of your confirmed request. You'll receive a final email once complete.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile (name, phone number, business details)
- All extracted order data and order history
- All AI-generated transcripts associated with your account
- Call recording metadata stored on our servers
- App usage logs tied to your account
- Any preferences or settings
⚠️ Call Recording Files on Your Device
Call recording audio files are stored on your device — not on our servers. Deleting your Kiko account does not delete recordings from your phone. You must delete those manually from your phone's storage or file manager.
What May Be Retained (and Why)
- Legal Compliance: Tax records or court-ordered data may be retained for the legally mandated period.
- Fraud Prevention: If an account was flagged for misuse, basic identifiers may be retained to prevent re-registration abuse.
- Dispute Resolution: If there is an active billing dispute or legal claim, related transaction data may be held until resolved.
