No. Kiko does not record calls. It only processes call recordings that are already saved on your phone by your device's built-in call recorder or a third-party recorder app.

You need internet only when the AI processes your recording and sends the order via WhatsApp. The actual phone call works on your normal network — no VoIP or internet calling needed.

Kiko currently supports Hindi, English, and Hinglish (mixed Hindi-English). We're adding more regional languages soon — Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, and Bengali are on the roadmap.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest. Audio files are processed in real-time and not retained on our servers beyond what's needed. You can delete your account and all data at any time.

On the Business plan, you can set up multiple staff accounts. The app is designed to be extremely simple — even non-tech-savvy staff can use it with zero training.
